    “Craige Citron – I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the help Jim Frimmer gave me during the selling of my deceased mother’s condominium. I found a flyer with Jim’s name on it at the condo shortly after my mother died and decided to call and discuss the possible sale. He met with me at my condo and gave me his thoughts and ideas on what should be done to make the property attractive for a buyer. I met with two other competing agents in the next few weeks and was not impressed by either. It was clear that Jim had an extensive knowledge of the Mission Greens complex, including all of the floor plans and he also knew quite a lot about the building condition itself and the HOA.
